Our Chardonnay was harvested from Rio Vista Vineyard on September 15th. Pressed to tank then racked to neutral oak barrels. We fermented our chardonnay in these neutral barrels and left it on its lees for 6 months (we did not allow this wine to go through ml). It was moved to stainless steel drums for the next 4 months before bottling.
